Please note that both the AUS-MEAT Handbook and subsequent WAMMCO specifications on occasions can be very specific in the precise nature of the description relating to the definition of cutting lines. In these instances, it is the intention of WAMMCO International (est. 572) to pursue product specifications as accurately and precisely as possible. However, the commercial nature of operations does not always allow us to achieve this high level of accuracy at all times.
